— GET STARTED
Select Modifications
We'll go over the customizations typical to each specific application for a modified container and then help you understand and visualize the final product. Modifications are available from flooring, to windows and doors, insulations, electrical packages, and more.

Off-Site Build
PRODUCTION
Once your work order is approved by you — our team will go into production at our facilities here in North Carolina. We'll keep you updated weekly on progress, and at completion we'll coordinate any required third party inspections so that your unit is good-to-go.

PROJECT COMPLETION
Prep & Delivery
Once your unit has been inspected and approved, we schedule delivery with our logistics team. We'll guide you through what onsite preparations need to be made (firm footings and appropriate connections if there is plumbing and electrical), or we can coordinate those project aspects as well. From start to finish, MSH has you covered.
